Xiaomi Redmi Y3 has Xiaomi Redmi Y3 has a 6.26 inches HD+ IPS LCD display. Inside, Redmi Y3 is powered by Snapdragon 632 processor. This is not as powerful as a Snapdragon 660 but it is a decent mid-range processor that can handle normal apps like Facebook and Instagram well. You will see some frames drop while gaming. It won’t be as smooth as playing with a Snapdragon 660.

At the back, you have a dual camera setup of a primary 12MP lens and a 2MP depth sensor. Xiaomi is touting AI capabilities which means the camera probably will detect some scenes and adjust the colors in post-processing accordingly. The main highlight of this phone is on the front. Xiaomi Go is Xiaomi’s first Android Go phone. Android Go is a toned down version of Android 8.1 Oreo tailor-made for low-powered phones like Redmi Go. Native Google apps like Maps and YouTube have a Go version that occupies significantly less space and use fewer resources to give you a better experience with your phone.

Redmi Go comes packing a Snapdragon 425 processor. This is a perfectly capable processor for normal tasks like calling and texting and can handle apps like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube quite well. This processor is accompanied by 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. That’s not much but for the price, these specs are impressive and won’t be as much of a pain as other under 10K phones. What’s even more amazing in this price range is the support for 4G. That is something praiseworthy.

Xioami Mi 8 Lite

Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a powerful mid-range phone. At the front, it has got a 6.21 inch 1080p IPS LCD display. Below this screen is a Snapdragon 660 processor that is the most powerful chipset of the Snapdragon 600 series. This is the same processor that resides inside the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star or the Xiaomi Mi A2. The Snapdragon 660 chipset is accompanied by 4GB of RAM. The internal storage is 64GB.

The Redmi Note 6 Pro has a pretty generic design. It has an 18:9 aspect ratio and a notch. But the phone doesn’t look overly appealing on the outside. Things are a little different on the inside. The phone has a Snapdragon 636 combined with 3 or 4 GB RAM. This is a very desirable setup for a phone that costs under 30K. Games like subway surfer, and cut the rope will run smooth enough and apps like messenger, Instagram, and Facebook will not bog this phone down.

Pocophone is a smartphone manufactured by the sub-brand Poco from Xiaomi. Poco has officially blown every person’s mind with the F1.

And what’s more, this device follows the Android One Program. That means you’ll get a clean Android experience and a wicked snappy performance for your money. Multitasking and everything else will be a breeze for this phone. Gaming on this phone is decent too, but for the best gaming experience, you still have to pay for premium smartphones. That may change with the arrival of Pocophone which is also from Xiaomi.

The Mi A2 Lite is like a mini version of the Mi A2 as the name suggests. The base version of the Mi A2 Lite has a 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. This version will cost you Rs. 19,999. There is another model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage and this will cost you Rs. 24,999 which is still an amazing value. It has a Snapdragon 625 on the inside that is an old chip but combined with the stock Android and the 3GB or 4GB RAM, it still outperforms most phones in the 20K category.

The battery has the capacity of 4000mAh which is significantly larger than the one found on the Xiaomi Mi A2 which means this phone may last more than the Mi A2. If battery life is the most important aspect of a phone to you, A2 lite is a good choice.

Redmi 6A is the least expensive phones among the new Redmi phones. It runs MIUI 9.6 (Xiaomi’s custom skin) atop Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box, and sports a 5.45-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) panel with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 SoC on the inside, paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage. It will cost you Rs. 12,999. The performance and hardware is typical of phones at this price, but the screen and camera are not.

In the camera department, the Redmi 6A has a single 13-megapixel rear camera sensor. There is a 5-megapixel camera sensor on the front for selfies and video calling. The phone has a 3000mAh battery. Other features of the phone include 4G VoLTE support.

The screen is a 5.45-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) panel with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, coupled with 3GBGB of RAM. It comes in 32GB and 64GB storage variants. The 32GB model will cost Rs. 15,499 while the 64GB model will cost Rs. 18499.

The Redmi 6 has a horizontally stacked pair of dual rear cameras with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. On paper, these cameras look competent. On the front, the phone gets a 5-megapixel selfie camera with AI beautification capabilities. Talking about battery, the Redmi 6 has a 3000 mAh battery. This phone, like the Redmi 6A, supports 4G VoLTE. Though the Redmi 6 is a good deal in itself, I think customers will be much happy to buy the Xiaomi Mi A2 lite instead of the Redmi 6 because it gives you better performance and better screen for a very small increase in price.

Redmi Note 5 AI have cameras that click great photos in daylight. Low-light shots are acceptable. If you want a better low light photography experience, you should look at phones like Galaxy S8 or the iPhones. What impresses the most about this phone is its price. To get this amount of performance and this good design at this price is unprecedented. We highly recommend you to buy this phone if you are looking for a phone around Rs. 30,000.

Xiaomi Redmi S2

Xiaomi Redmi  S2 comes with a 5.99-inch LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 720×1440 pixels. This isn’t the greatest thing in the world but one can live with this given the low price. The processor is the Snapdragon 625 which is backed up by an Adreno 506 GPU, which should give you enough power for a decent usage. The RAM on this device is 3GB. You get an internal storage of 64GB.

On the front, you have a 16MP sensor with a f/3.0 aperture. Powering all this is a 3080 mAh battery, however, this is a little less considering how much power this the hardware is going to consume. If you want a phone that can fit in a tight budget and also look good while doing that then the Redmi 5 from Xiaomi is for you. This Midrange device from Xiaomi features a tall 18:9 aspect ratio which makes the phone feel modern. On the inside, the phone is a midrange at heart. It features a Snapdragon 450 processor paired with 2/3 GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage. It can handle all your basic apps like facebook and youtube more than well, and it will struggle to play some games like asphalt without dropping any frames.

The performance is commendable especially regarding the price. The 2 GB variant costs 15,499 and the 3 GB variant costs 17,999. We obviously recommend going with the 3 GB variant for it is a better value. If you want to look at other options in the price range, we recommend looking at Vivo Y71 and Huawei Y7 pro before making your decision. Also, don’t forget to look at its bigger brother- the Redmi 5 Plus.
