Xiaomi has started to launch the long-awaited sequel to the Redmi Note 10 series in Nepal, starting with the vanilla Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 on January 27, 2022.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Price in Nepal is Rs. 22,999 (4/64GB), Rs. 24,999 (4/128GB), and Rs. 26,999 (6/128GB). It will soon be available at all Xiaomi authorized stores across Nepal.

It’s a global variant, not to be confused with the Chinese variant of the Redmi Note 11 5G or the Redmi Note 11 4G, which will not be offered in the country.

Design

The back of the Redmi Note 11 is made of matte polycarbonate material. Compared to the global variant, it is much lighter, weighing only 179g.

As with other Redmi phones, it also has an IR blaster on the top. On the right, you’ll find the power button, which also serves as a fingerprint scanner, and the volume buttons.

It has two speakers: one on top and one on the bottom. Along with a speaker, the bottom houses a microphone and a USB Type-C.

Display

It has a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with FullHD+ resolution.

The display supports a 90Hz refresh rate and has a punch-hole design notch.

Hardware

The Redmi Note 11 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset. It has an Adreno 610 GPU and an octa-core CPU including two Arm Cortex-A73 (up to 2.4GHz) and six Arm Cortex-A53 (up to 1.8GHz).

Apart from the more efficient 6nm process node, the Snapdragon 680 does not provide a significant upgrade over the Snapdragon 678 SoC found on its predecessor.

It comes in three memory configurations: 4GB RAM 64GB storage, 4GB RAM 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM 128GB storage.

Camera

As for the camera, it has four rear cameras: a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera,2MP macro, and a 2MP depth.

On the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera.

Battery and Others

The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery and a 33W fast charging support.

Furthermore, it runs on MIUI 13 on top of Android 11 out-of-the-box.

The Redmi Note 11 global variant is completely different from the Chinese variant. It brings a Snapdragon 680 chipset, which is a more power-efficient chipset but not necessarily better than the Redmi Note 10’s 678 in terms of power.

The good thing is that it features an AMOLED screen, unlike the Chinese one.
