Agni Moto Inc., the authorized distributor of Yezdi bikes in Nepal, has released the three Yezdis for the Nepali market.

Among the three, the Yezdi Roadster is made for the street!

Inspired by the neo-classic era, the Roadster sports a dominating design that edges closer to the iconic yet fresh styling.

It is available across all Yezdi showrooms in Nepal.

Yezdi Roadster Overview

Design

Yezdi Roadster sports a retro yet modern design.

Built to catch the attention, the Yezdi dominates in terms of styling. It sports a muscular tank profile, complete with tank protectors.

The front profile comes with a circular LED Headlamp with Halogen Indicators.

Interestingly, you will notice a good amount of circle-inspired aesthetics. Headlamp, Taillamp, Indicators, Mirrors, and even the Instrument Cluster get those circular aesthetics.

Moreover, the metallic build does add heft to its build and persona.

Roadster comes in two variant profiles: Dark and Chrome.

Yezdi Roadster Dark comes with a black-out treatment, fork gaiters, a crash guard, bar-end mirrors, and a flyscreen.

Similarly, the Yezdi Roadster Chrome comes with chrome treatment on the engine and exhaust, traditional mirrors, naked forks, and a large windscreen.

Performance

Yezdi Roadster is powered by a 334cc, Single-Cylinder, Liquid-Cooled, DOHC, FI engine. It generates a max power of 29.7 PS at 7300 rpm and a max torque of 29 Nm at 6500 rpm.

Moreover, it is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a 12.5-liter fuel tank capacity.

Roadster shares the 334cc engine with the one in the Jawa Perak. However, the engine has been refined and fine-tuned to match and enhance city-riding experience.

Yezdi has done a few cost-cutting here and there.

That is why the ABS Switch Mode is completely missing. And, there is no Navigation or Bluetooth Connectivity.

Additional Details

Telescopic Fork and Twin Shock Absorber handle the suspension duties.

It gets a Dual-Channel ABS, but cannot be switched like in Scrambler and Adventure.

The dimensions are 2090mm in length, 790mm in width, and 1180mm in height. Moreover, the wheelbase is 1440mm.

Yezdi Roaster gets a 175mm ground clearance. And, the kerb weight is 184kg.

Being a new offering, the Yezdi falls on the unfortunate end of the stick. Moreso, the Roadster is unable to match the refinement and the build quality of the Meteor.

Plus, the Royal Enfield name holds much more features and legendary status among its peers.

However, Meteor 350 is not available in Nepal as of this writing. Royal Enfield Nepal is yet to restock its BS6-compliant products.

Until that arrives, Yezdi Roadster will be the only option for now.
