The X-series represents Vivo’s most premium lineup, featuring high-end models like the Vivo X200s and the X Fold series. And now, there’s a new addition to the family: the Vivo X300 series, which currently includes the X300 and X300 Pro. But today, it’s all about the latter, the Vivo X300 Pro, now officially available in Nepal.

The X300 Pro is a direct successor to the highly popular X200 Pro, which made waves with its Zeiss-partnered camera system and flagship-grade hardware.
What is the Price of the Vivo X300 Pro in Nepal?
If you look at Vivo’s recent launches like the V60 and V60 Lite, both arrived with noticeable price hikes compared to their predecessors.
On top of that, the Indian market saw the X300 Pro priced roughly INR 15,000 higher than the X200 Pro, which further hinted at a bump. So, it came as a bit of a shock when the Vivo X300 Pro price in Nepal came in at Rs. 1,79,999 for the sole 16/512GB variant, Rs. 5,000 less than the predecessor, Vivo X200 Pro.
Not only that, Vivo has doubled down and has announced three exciting launch offers. However, buyers can only choose one of the three offers.
- Offer A: Rs. 7,000 Cashback
- Offer B: Telephoto Lens Kit Set for Rs. 14,999, Worth Rs. 29,999
- Offer C: Grip Kit Set for Rs. 7,999, Worth Rs. 15,999
The Telephoto kit includes a specialised mount phone case, a telephoto lens, a metal ring, and two decorative rings, while the Grip kit includes a specialised mount phone case, a grip, a filter adapter ring, a decorative ring, quick-release hooks, and a neck strap.
Besides the offer, the phone also comes with a 2-year extended warranty and 1-time Breakage and Water damage insurance valid for 6 months.
Although the phone has officially launched, it will only be available for purchase starting December 15, 2025, through Daraz and authorised retail stores across Nepal.
First, let’s get this out of the way. The Vivo X300 Pro isn’t a massive generational leap from the X200 Pro. It’s more of a fine refinement with small, iterative upgrades. And for a flagship that already checks all the boxes, that’s actually pretty hard to pull off. Just look at Samsung S25, where the biggest change was basically adding AI to the S24.
With that in mind, I was quite impressed by what I saw on paper. And now with the official pricing out, the phone looks even shinier. Anyway, let’s move on to what the phone does best: the camera.

Vivo X300 Pro Overview

With a big camera bump that’s clearly visible through your jeans, the Vivo X300 Pro is bound to turn heads. But hey, that’s what you get with a proper triple-camera setup co-engineered with Zeiss.
The main and periscope telephoto cameras now use new sensors, the primary one being Sony’s LYT828. While the aperture and sensor size remain the same, this newer sensor should process photos more efficiently. Plus, the main camera is now gimbal-stabilised for super steady shots.
Megapixels remain the same as the X200 Pro, but the front camera receives a significant upgrade with a 50MP lens and a 2.7-inch sensor. The X300 Pro also supports 10-bit log video recording up to 4K at 120fps, something you couldn’t do before.

The display spec remains the same with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel. However, Vivo has switched to Armor Glass protection for the X300 Pro.
Design-wise, it’s not a huge leap from the X200 Pro, except that the LED flash has moved to the left of the camera bump. Up front, Vivo has ditched the curved panel for a fully flat display, giving it a more iPhone-like look. And speaking of iPhone vibes, there’s now an Action button on the left frame too.

Under the hood, it runs on MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500, which is expected to rival the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Talking of the variants, it comes in a single variant with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM paired with 512GB UFS 4.0 storage in Nepal.
Battery-wise, the global variant and the one that’s available in Nepal also get a huge 6,510mAh battery, which is a massive win.
And again, just like the Chinese model, the global variant of the X300 Pro boots on OriginOS, a huge win after years of the mid-tier FunTouchOS. Though early reviews mention fewer customisation options than the Chinese version, it’s still a major step up overall.
