Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G with Dimensity 7050 Officially Launched in Nepal

Realme has launched the Realme 11 Pro 5G in Nepal with its elder sibling, Realme 11 Pro+ 5G, introducing their latest high-end phones to the Nepali market.

The Realme 11 Pro+ is the top model of the Realme 11 trinity. Making their global debut in June of 2023, the Realme 11 series is the successor to the Realme 10 series.

The Realme 10 Pro+ was introduced to the Nepali market last year. What new features and changes have been made a generation later? Let’s dive into the specifications and features of the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G.

Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G Overview

Design

The Realme 11 Pro Plus features vegan leather on the back, crafted by former Gucci prints designer, Matteo Menotto.

It shares a lot of design elements with its younger sibling, the Realme 11 Pro, like the circular camera module with a 3D Couture-level seam running down the center of the back.

The phone is available in 3 colors: Sunrise Beige, Oasis Green, and Astral Black.

Display

The phone features a 6.7-inch curved display with an impressive 93.65% screen-to-body ratio. It’s an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The display has a 500000:1 contrast ratio with over 1 billion colors and can reach 950 nits of peak brightness.

It features a 2160Hz PWM Dimming and Realme has claimed a 100% P3 color gamut. It’s also HDR 10+ certified. On paper, this display is packed with tons of features. For the protection of this display, Realme has added 0.65mm Double-Reinforced glass.

Hardware

It comes with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7050 and Mali G68 MC4 GPU. The Dimensity 7050 is an Octa-core processor with 2×2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55.

The phone is available in 8/128GB and 12/256GB but only the higher 12/256GB is rumored to be available in Nepal. The phone has an in-display optical fingerprint and just like its younger sibling, the Pro+ also features Dual Speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

Camera

Unlike the dual cameras on the 11 Pro, the Pro plus features a triple camera setup. The main f1.7 camera has a beastly 200MP Samsung HP3 sensor. It’s been advertised to allow for 2x and 4x lossless zoom.

It was truly a shame that Realme didn’t include an ultrawide angle camera with the Pro but they have redeemed themselves by including it in the Pro plus model. It’s only an 8MP ultrawide camera but still, better than nothing. The tertiary camera is a 2MP macro shooter. You can shoot up to 4K@30fps with the main camera.

For selfies, there’s a 32MP f2.5 shooter with support for only 1080p@30fps videos. Given the Pro+ status, it would’ve been better if it could capture 1080p@60fps, at the least.

Battery and OS

Realme has managed to fit a 5000mAh battery in an 8.7mm phone. It supports 100W fast charging from the Type-C port.

Realme has claimed a 100% charge in 26 minutes. The phone comes with Android 13 out of the box with Realme UI 4.0 on top.

Realme 11 Pro Plus 5G Price in Nepal and Availability

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G price in Nepal is Rs. 61,999 (12/256GB). The phone is available for pre-order from Realme authorized stores at a price of Rs.58,999 from July 16th to July 21st.

Realme 11 Pro+ 5G is the eldest sibling of the Realme 11 lineup. It shares some elements with its younger sibling but has some improvements as well.

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G comes with a vegan leather back, and a curved 120Hz AMOLED display with support for HDR10+.

The phone has an in-display fingerprint, a 200MP camera, and 100W fast charging. Also, it makes amends over the 11 Pro by adding an 8MP ultrawide camera.
