Realme today launched the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G in Nepal. The phone was launched in India on December 8 after unveilng it in China in November.

Realme 10 Pro+ 5G price in Nepal is Rs. 45,999 (8/128GB). The phone is currently available for pre-order online at Daraz.

The phone is the first phone above $300 to launch in Nepal after the seven-month-old import ban lift.

The Realme 10 Pro+ brings a 108MP main camera, Dimensity 1080, and the latest Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13. Let’s find out what more features it offers.

Realme 10 Pro+ 5G Overview

Design

The Realme 10 Pro+ has a plastic back with a glittery and radial effect on the Hyperspace color option. It has two huge rear camera circles, one of which has two small cameras. Both the front and back panels have curved sides, while the top and bottom frames are flat.

The power and volume buttons are located on the right side of the device. The bottom has a speaker, USB-C port, mic, and SIM card slot. Likewise, the top side has a second speaker and mic.

Display

The display is the biggest highlight of the Realme 10 Pro Plus. It has a curved 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support and 800 nits of peak brightness.

This is the first device in its series to feature a curved display. The chin is also the narrowest of any Realme device at just 2.33mm.

Furthermore, Realme has improved the PWM dimming in AMOLED screen with the 10 Pro Plus. It boasts a 2160Hz PWM dimming frequency, which is significantly higher than what a typical smartphone offers.

For people who are sensitive to flickering at low brightness levels, high-frequency PWM dimming reduces the likelihood of eye strain and headaches.

Moreover, the display is a 10-bit panel that supports HDR10+ and covers 100% DCI-P3 color space.

Hardware

Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset. It is an octa-core processor with high-performance two Arm Cortex-A78 at up to 2600MHz and six power-efficient Arm Cortex-A55 at up to 2000MHz.

Furthermore, Dimensity 1080 is built on a 6nm process node and features an Arm Mali G68 MP4 GPU.

The phone comes in three memory configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with a 256GB variant.

The smartphone has an in-display optical fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

Camera

There are three cameras at the back. The primary camera has a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor with an f/1.75 aperture lens. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera.

For selfies, the punch-hole cutout on the front houses a 16MP front-facing camera.

The rear camera can shoot up to 4K video at 30fps, while the front is limited to 1080p video at 30fps. You can also shoot 1080p video from the rear at 30 fps, 60 fps, 120 fps, and 480 fps.

Battery and Software

The 10 Pro Plus includes a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Realme claims it can charge the battery to 50% in 17 minutes.

The Realme 10 Pro+ (and the 10 Pro) is the first Realme device to come with Realme UI 4.0, which is based on the latest Android 13.
