MV Agusta Superveloce 800 Overview
If you didn’t know, MV Agusta Superveloce 800 started as a concept bike, which is now under production. It’s a superbike with the roar of a modern beast powered by the latest features but in a vintage avatar.
Talking about the styling, it simply takes an iconic stance with the stylish retro design. Clearly, in order to capture the retro-feel, MV Agusta is going for the “Vintage” styling. And the little things like the carbon fiber fairing just adds to the classic design lines. Overall, it gets a 70s throwback with the yellow shade of plexiglass windscreen and retro lights.
Despite the retro feel, everything else is modern and plentiful. It gets the latest Hi-Tech TFT Dashboard, unique DRLs, LED lights, traction control, modes, ABS, among others.
MV Agusta Superveloce 800 Performance
Well, I thought about simply skipping out on this part. Why? Because it’s a freaking 800cc superbike. So, the performance is guaranteed. Why? Because it directly takes the core engine is derived from the already speedy MV Agusta F3 800, which is already super fast. However, it is slightly retuned and refined in the mid and higher range.
In short, MV Agusta Superveloce 800 is powered by a 798cc liquid cooled, 3-cylinder, FI-engine. It has generated up to max power of 148HP at 13,000rpm and max torque of 8.97kgm at 10,600rpm. Additionally, it easily reaches a max speed of 240km/h.
