HIGHLIGHTS
- Leapmotor A10 is a B-segment e-SUV.
- A 100 kW motor likely powers A10.
- Its major selling points are said to be the tech and space.
Leapmotor is showing no signs of slowing down, as the brand lines up yet another compact SUV for the global market with the upcoming B03X, which will likely launch in Nepal as the A10. The company has set its sights on a 2026 debut, and while official details are still under wraps, we will piece together everything we know so far and give you the clearest picture possible of what to expect.

As mentioned in the Leapmotor B10 article, Shangrila Motors, the authorized distributor of Leapmotor in Nepal, seems to have discovered a true gem in a crowded Chinese EV market. There are around 129 automotive brands currently active in China, yet fewer than 10% are expected to stay profitable by 2030. Amid this challenging landscape, Leapmotor stands out as a brand with genuine momentum.
The company has been climbing sales charts, delivering strong numbers, and maintaining profitability. And, this positive trajectory has echoed in Nepal as well, where the Leapmotor C10, B10, and T03 have earned a warm reception from buyers.
So what exactly is the upcoming A10 all about? This article dives into everything we know so far!
What is Price of Leapmotor A10 in Nepal?
Leapmotor A10 price in Nepal remains a mystery for now, and predicting it is just as tricky. Leapmotor has previously surprised everyone by introducing an aggressively priced base variant, which instantly brings the starting price down. If we consider this strategy and the current market dynamics, our best guess is that the Leapmotor A10 price in Nepal will likely sit below Rs. 45 Lakhs.
There is enough logic behind this estimate. The Leapmotor B10, which sits a tier above the A10, already starts at Rs. 50 Lakhs. With the ongoing EV price war shaping the Nepali market and mirroring trends from China, keeping the A10 under the Rs. 45 Lakhs mark feels like the natural move.
As for variants, there will probably be two, but we will have to wait for official confirmation on what exactly makes it here.
With everything this car is promising in terms of tech and space optimization, it is definitely something to watch out for in the compact electric SUV segment. This particular segment attract a lot of Nepali buyers.
As mentioned earlier, there would probably be two variants of this car but since we don’t have a distinctive variant-wise spec sheet of the Leapmotor A10, we will just have quick overview at the available specs of Leapmotor A10 in Nepal for 2025.

Leapmotor A10 Overview
Exterior
You can spot the Leapmotor DNA in the Leapmotor A10 almost instantly, even without the badge. It carries the same design philosophy and the LEAP 3.5 platform as its siblings, but it tries to solve a far more ambitious design puzzle.
Leapmotor’s designers were essentially handed a multi-objective optimization challenge: create something that feels premium yet affordable, packs a strong tech presence, and still maximizes interior space despite being a compact SUV.
How well they pulled that off is a longer conversation, but before digging into that, let’s walk around the A10 from the front to the rear.
The front immediately sets the tone with its slippery surface. Slippery in this case hints at aerodynamics, and the A10 proudly shows off a drag coefficient of 0.26, which is genuinely impressive for its size.

The functional air ducts in the bumper help guide airflow, and the three-segment LED headlamp setup gives the face a sharp and modern expression. Look closer and you will notice the lower grille that channels air to cool the battery pack, along with a neatly engraved Leapmotor branding tucked below.
The side profile adds a refreshing twist. While most EVs lean heavily toward a familiar template, the A10 breaks away with a floating-roof illusion created by blacked-out A, B, and C pillars. The silhouette itself is boxy, almost confident about its shape, and the short overhangs help it look planted. It rides on stylish 18-inch alloys that suit the car’s overall proportions quite well.

The rear stays compact and tidy. The LED tail lamps look sleek and well executed, although the absence of a rear wiper might bother some. The tailgate also appears slightly raised because of the larger rear bumper and tightly packed lower sections.
Interior
Honestly, the interior remains a bit of a mystery because Leapmotor has barely shown anything. Even at the Guangzhou Auto Show 2025, the A10 sat there fully locked, almost teasing everyone who tried to peek inside. It feels like Leapmotor wants to keep its cabin story under wraps for now.
What we do know is that the brand focused heavily on maximizing space, and it clearly shows. The A10 achieves around 88% cabin utilization, which basically means it uses its footprint extremely well and should feel more open than expected.

And while we cannot say anything definitive yet, it is fair to assume that Leapmotor will pursue a layout similar to the B10. That model already leaned toward a more premium and modern cabin experience, so the A10 could follow the same vibe when the covers finally come off.
Performance
With most of the bits still enigmatic, there are assumptions here as well, but not baseless. We expect that the Leapmotor A10 will be powered by a 100 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor that can generate a max power of 136 PS.
Moreover, it will likely be powered by a battery pack sized around 50 kWh, although base variant might have smaller sized pack. One thing we definitely know is that, the A10 has posted 500 km of range on the CLTC cycle. While that is nothing very exciting since the CLTC cycle are impractically optimistic when it comes to EVs. But with a thumb rule we can give a tentative WLTP range, i.e., CLTC range x 0.82 = WLTP range.

So in this case, 500 x 0.82 = 410 kms. Then again, this is an estimate and it is done for the one variant (probably the top variant) that has 500 km CLTC based range. Also, the fast charging number says that it can charge from 30% to 80% in mere 16 minutes but what is the size of DC charger that is needed to obtain this? No idea.

Additional Details
The dimensions of the B10 are 4310 mm in length, 1830 mm in width, and 1680 mm in height while the wheelbase is 2620 mm. This proportions gives the B10 a comfortable sit in the B-segment.
Moreover, the suspension setup is likely to consist of a McPherson Strut at the front and a Torsion Beam at the rear.
The LiDAR version of the A10 first turned heads at the Guangzhou Auto Show, mainly because seeing such tech in an affordable car is not very common. However, that futuristic sparkle will not reach Nepal. The A10 arriving here will skip the LiDAR setup entirely, leaving us with the regular version instead.

Leapmotor A10 Price in Nepal and Availability
Talking about the price, the Leapmotor A10 price in Nepal is likely going to be below Rs. 45 Lakhs but the exact pricing will have to wait.
As per some reports, the Leapmotor A10 will make its debut in Nepal in the mid parts of 2026. The vehicle was recently showcased in Guangzhou Auto Show 2025 and it seems that the A10’s primary export market is Europe as evident from Leapmotor’s sales motive, high-tech-low-price approach, and a LiDAR based model.
Stay tuned for further updates as not much about the Leapmotor has been released as of yet. The information will be slowly released in the coming months so we will be updating this article accordingly.

Rivals
It is already clear who the Leapmotor A10 wants to challenge in Nepal. It lines up almost perfectly against the BYD Atto 2, sharing similar exterior proportions and positioning itself exactly where the Atto 2 sits between the Atto 1 and Atto 3. In the same way, the A10 looks ready to slide into Leapmotor’s lineup between the T03 and the larger B10.
Going spec to spec is still a bit tricky because Leapmotor has kept a few important details under wraps. Even so, the potential matchup looks genuinely exciting. We suspect the A10 might try to undercut the Atto 2 by a small margin, maybe a few lakhs, which could shake things up. On the other hand, the Atto 2 already enjoys an early mover advantage and you can spot plenty of them on the road.
All in all, this upcoming faceoff feels worth keeping an eye on. Hopefully the A10 arrives in Nepal soon so we can see how this rivalry really shapes up.
