A few months back, Samsung was pretty much the only company offering smartphones on EMI. But things have changed since then, and now almost every major brand has jumped on the trend. This has naturally increased competition among brands to offer the best pricing, which is always a win for us buyers.

One of the brands that recently hopped on the EMI train is Infinix. So, let’s take a look at which Infinix phones are available on EMI, and how you can get them.
Infinix Phones on EMI in Nepal
Whenever Infinix launches a new phone, I personally get excited — and honestly, I have good reasons for that.
Just look at their recent lineup. The GT 30 Pro is a solid gaming phone. Its predecessor, the GT 20 Pro, was even the official smartphone for PMSL. Then there’s the Hot 60 Pro+, one of the thinnest phones Infinix has ever made, going head-to-head with devices like the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air in terms of slim design. And let’s not forget, Infinix’s pricing has always been aggressively competitive.
But while so many major smartphone brands in Nepal were already offering hassle-free EMI options, Infinix was lagging, until now.
Infinix has finally capitalized on its partnership with Goodwill Finance, which is also a financing partner for brands like Realme and Vivo.

Infinix Mobiles EMI in Nepal Details Chart
That being said, Infinix isn’t offering EMI on every phone in its lineup. Out of the 11 smartphones currently available, EMI is only applicable on models priced above Rs. 25,000. So, in total, there are five phones you can buy on EMI, and here they are:
Infinix Phones EMI in Nepal List
| Infinix Smartphone | MRP | Down Payment Amount | Monthly Installment (12 Months) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hot 60 Pro+ (8/128GB) | Rs. 26,999 | Rs. 10,800 | Rs. 1,350 |
| Note 50S (8/256GB) | Rs. 31,999 | Rs. 12,800 | Rs. 1,600 |
| GT 30 (8/256GB) | Rs. 36,999 | Rs. 14,800 | Rs. 1,850 |
| GT 20 Pro (12/256GB) | Rs. 47,999 | Rs. 19,200 | Rs. 2,400 |
| GT 30 Pro (8/256GB) | Rs. 47,999 | Rs. 19,200 | Rs. 2,400 |
| GT 30 Pro (8/256GB with Gaming Kit) | Rs. 49,999 | Rs. 20,000 | Rs. 2,500 |
| GT 30 Pro (12/256GB with Gaming Kit) | Rs. 53,999 | Rs. 21,000 | Rs. 2,700 |
Unfortunately, more affordable Infinix phones like the Note 50X or Hot 60 Pro are not being included in the EMI lineup is a bit of a missed opportunity. Having those models on EMI would have been the cherry on top, especially because it would appeal to a much wider audience.
After all, phones priced above Rs. 25,000 are technically not considered budget-friendly for most Nepali buyers.
How to Get an Infinix Smartphone on EMI?
The process is similar to all other EMIs out there:
- Go to a store offering an Infinix phone on EMI, along with a guarantor
- Have citizenship (OR National ID/Parichaya patra) and two passport-sized photos of you and the guarantor
- Consult with the store and get the paperwork going
- Pay the down payment
- Done!
There are, of course few more things you must realise.
- You will have to pay the monthly instalments on time. You will be informed on how to do so. Heads up, it’s probably through Khalti/eSewa.
- There will be penalties if you miss the payment.
Infinix Phones EMI in Nepal: Conclusion
I think it’s already pretty clear about EMI options; it’s a great move. It really opens the door for buyers with very tight budgets to get a better phone without having to pay a large amount upfront.
Without EMI, many of these customers would likely have to settle for something far less capable. My only concern now is that the stores clearly explain how the installment payments work.
