boAt Enigma X700 with AMOLED Screen and Metal Body Launched in Nepal

After the launch of 3 smartwatches in Nepal, boAt has launched another metallic strap smartwatch in Nepal called the boAt Enigma X700 in Nepal, exclusively on Daraz.

As the year 2023 is ending, boAt has released many new wearable devices in Nepal including earbuds and smartwatches such as boAt Airdopes Alpha, Airdopes 170, boAt Lunar Link, boAt Wave Hype, and the Enigma X400.

The Enigma X700 has a premium metallic body, a circular AMOLED display, and a Bluetooth calling feature similar to that of boAt Enigma X400. Apart from the new design, let us see what other changes the Enigma X700 brings.

boAt Enigma X700 Overview

Design and Display

Right off the bat, you will notice a premium look to the boAt Enigma X700 with its metal body design, and circular watch face. The smartwatch mimics the looks of traditional premium watches.

The watch has two slit-styled speaker grilles on the left-hand side of the case, while the right-hand side has two buttons and a digital crown with a boAt logo. Each button including the crown, can be pressed to perform various actions, but the crown can especially be wound to scroll through watch faces and menu options.

The case back of the watch has magnetic charging pins and sensors. On a different note, the lock system of this smartwatch is a single-fold deployment clasp, that hides the locking system behind the watch straps when it is locked. This provides an easy lock and unlock system to the user.

Finally, talking about the display, the watch arrives with a bright 1.52-inch AMOLED display that is claimed to reach a brightness of 600 nits. The screen resolution of the display is 466 x 466 pixels. 

You will also see that some color variations come with a golden accent around the case that holds the screen bezels, but others have a uniform color throughout the body. boAt has also made sure that the watch is IP67-certified.

Health and Other Features

The boAt Enigma X700 includes an array of health-related functionalities for the user. Utilizing the sensors, the watch features heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, sleep monitoring, daily activity tracker, guided breathing, and over 100 sports modes.

The watch also supports Bluetooth calling, using the built-in mic and speaker. Additionally, users can also dial numbers directly from the watch and store up to 10 contacts on the device.

Some of the more common features of the watch are phone notifications, the Find-My-Phone feature, alarms, countdown timers, a stopwatch, camera controls, music controls, weather, a calendar, and a world clock.

Furthermore, you can also find some useful features such as password protection, always on display, and voice assistant activation.

Battery and Connectivity

A 390mAh battery is powering the Enigma X700 watch. According to boAt, the battery can last up to 7 days under normal usage and up to 2 days with Bluetooth calling on. A USB cable with magnetic pogo pins is provided to charge the watch. The company claims a full charge will take less than 2 hours.

Lastly, the watch supports Bluetooth 5.3 connection. However, the users are required to set up through the boAt Wearables application.

boAt Enigma X700 Price in Nepal and Availability

The official boAt Enigma X700 price in Nepal is Rs. 7,199 (MRP). However, it is currently available for Rs. 5,899 exclusively on Daraz.

Compared to the Wave and Lunar series of smartwatches offered by boAt, the Enigma series offers a premium classy design with a metal body. The Enigma X700 comes with a circular AMOLED screen, a digital crown, a Bluetooth calling feature, and basic health features.
