Benelli Imperiale 400 is coming soon in Nepal soon.

KTM International Trading, the authorized distributor of Benelli motorcycles in Nepal, is planning to launch its first classic cruiser.

Benelli Imperiale is inspired from the historic Benelli-MotoBi range produced in the 1950s. It takes on the retro-classic charm and relaxed ergonomics. 

Imperiale 400 is set to benchmark as the latest Italian classic.

As for the costs, the Benelli Imperiale 400 price in Nepal is expected for Rs. 7 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs.

Benelli Nepal has confirmed its intentions to showcase the product at the upcoming NADA Auto Show 2022.

Design

Benelli Imperiale 400 is exactly how one expects a retro-classic to be.

The front section comes with a circular halogen headlamp with circular indicators. 

Adding to the premium feel, it gets chrome finishes in the mirrors, headlamp housing, handlebar, instrument meter, and more.

It gets considerable metallic components, further adding to that raw appeal.

The large blacked-out engine highlights the side profile. Interestingly, the long exhaust pipe also gets a black-out finish with a bronze-like finish.

Furthermore, the retro elements like spoked rims, a split-type seat, and a traditional suspension setup are still present.

Performance

Benelli Imperiale 400 is powered by a 374cc, Single-Cylinder, 4-Valve, Air-Cooled, SOHC, FI engine. It can generate a max power of 21PS at 6000rpm and a max torque of 29Nm at 3500rpm.

Moreover, it is mated to a 5-speed gearbox with a 12-liter fuel tank capacity.

It churns out power in a linear and refined manner. Despite being inspired by the classic, the Imperiale does miss out on a Kick Start mechanism.

Additional Details

The suspension duties are handled by a 41mm Telescopic at the front and Preload Adjustable Twin Shock at the rear.

The dimensions are 2170mm in length, 820mm in width, and 1120mm in height. And, the wheelbase sits at 1440mm.

Benelli Imperiale 400 gets a ground clearance of 165mm. Moreover, the kerb weight is 205kg.
