The Honor X series has always been known for its durability and long-lasting battery life. And the latest addition, the Honor X7d, aims to carry that legacy forward.
But the big question is, does it actually bring anything new compared to last year’s X7c, or is it just the same phone running on the latest Android version? Let’s find out.
What is the price of the Honor X7d in Nepal?
The Honor X7d price in Nepal could start at Rs. 23,999 for the 8/256GB variant and Rs. 26,999 for the 8/512GB variant.
The phone was globally launched back in August 2025, and it’s finally making its way into Nepal after Honor Nepal teased the phone. That said, the phone has yet to make its way into the market.
Higher-tier phones in Honor’s X series, like the X8 or X9, usually attract more attention and hype regarding durability and endurance compared to the more affordable X6 or X7 models.
But in my opinion, the latter actually offer better value for money, since all these phones provide similar protection and ingress ratings while delivering nearly the same level of performance. The latest X7d seems to continue that same trend.
Let’s dive into the detailed specifications and see if that really holds true.

Honor X7d Overview
The new Honor X7d follows a familiar design pattern with a square-shaped camera module, and overall, things stay pretty much the same in terms of design and build.
Just like the Honor X7c, the X7d’s body is entirely made of plastic, a common choice in the budget segment. However, Honor has managed to secure an SGS 5-Star certification for drop survival and IP65 dust and water resistance, which is actually a step up from the X7c’s IP64 rating.
There is a new physical AI Button on the left that lets you launch commands and apps with a single press.
On the front, you get a 6.77-inch TFT LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Since it’s not an IPS panel, viewing angles aren’t great, but the higher refresh rate is a nice touch.
The camera module might make it look like you’re getting a quad-camera setup, but in reality, it’s the same basic configuration as last time. A 108MP main sensor paired with a 2MP depth sensor. An ultra-wide lens would’ve made a lot more sense, especially since rivals like the Moto G35 offer one in the same price range (Rs. 20,000–30,000).
Up front, there’s a basic 8MP selfie camera capable of shooting 1080p videos.
Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 685, the same 4G chipset found on the X7c. It’s decent for casual use, but phones like the Infinix Hot 60 Pro and Note 50x offer better overall performance in this range. The X7d comes with 8GB RAM, and if history repeats, we might see a 256GB storage variant in Nepal.
However, since Honor Nepal has been teasing the phone with the tagline “Super Large Storage,” there’s a chance we could actually get a 512GB model this time, fingers crossed.
The biggest highlight, though, is its 6,500mAh battery. This makes the X7d the only phone at this price range to offer such a massive battery. Charging speeds cap at 35W, which is decent but not blazing-fast.
To wrap things up, while the Honor X7d doesn’t offer much in terms of camera or performance, it makes up for it with better durability, big storage, and a huge battery. For many Nepali buyers, that’s exactly what matters most.
