After totally skipping the Realme 13 Series, Realme Nepal is back in action as it just revealed the 14 Series. And with it comes the Realme 14T.
Among the lineup, the Realme 14T stands out as the solid mid-tier option. Alongside it, the regular Realme 14 also just launched and who knows maybe even the Pro variant might join the party.
But for now, let’s focus on the 14T.
What is the Price of the Realme 14T in Nepal?
The Realme 14T price in Nepal is Rs. 36,999 (8/256GB). After teasing the phone in their social media posts for the past couple of days, Realme Nepal finally unveiled the Realme 14T.
It is now available for purchase in all authorized online and physical stores across the country
The Realme 14T is a fresh face in Realme’s numbered lineup, but it’s also breaking a bit of tradition. Realme hasn’t really used the letter “T” in their number series before—it’s usually been reserved for their GT lineup. So, it feels like Realme might be taking a page from OnePlus’ playbook, who often throw in “T” variants as mid-cycle upgrades or slightly tweaked models.
The 14T definitely feels like the younger sibling of the Realme 14. Let’s further dive into the spec sheet and find what’s it made of.

Realme 14T Overview
Design
At first glance, the Realme 14T doesn’t exactly scream stand out. It’s got that familiar flat frame and back design we’ve seen a number of times before. And the plastic body does give off a bit of a budget vibe—but surprisingly Realme pulled off a nice sand-textured finish across all three colorways—Surf Green, Obsidian Black, and Lightning Purple.
Flip it around and you’ve got a rectangular camera module housing two lenses and a circular flash—nothing groundbreaking, but clean and functional. On the front, there’s a punch-hole selfie cam, which is pretty much the standard in this price bracket now.
But here’s where the Realme 14T genuinely caught my eye: symmetrical bezels. Most budget phones and even a few “premium budget” ones still can’t get this right — looking at you, Samsung.

Display
The Realme 14T sticks to the usual formula with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel. It’s got that smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
The display itself is Full HD+ with support for 16.7 million colors and covers 111% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Translation: colors pop, and the contrast is solid. Plus, there’s a 180Hz touch sampling rate, which means it’s pretty responsive to touch.
Realme doesn’t actually mention any kind of glass protection on the front. No Gorilla Glass, no Ceramic Shield, nada.
But on the flip side, the phone comes with a surprisingly rugged set of water and dust resistance ratings—IP66, IP68, and IP69, just like the Realme C75, which just got a price cut if you’re eyeing alternatives.
Hardware
The Mediatek Dimensity 6300 in the 14T should handle day-to-day stuff without breaking a sweat. It’s an octa-core chip built on a 6nm process and can clock up to 2.4GHz. It uses Mali-G57 MC2.
Now, here’s some hard truth. In this pricing, the 14T isn’t exactly killing it in the price-to-performance department. To put in perspective the Samsung M16 runs the exact same Dimensity 6300 and is priced much lower.
But to be fair, the 14T brings a few extra tricks to the table. You’re getting decent ingress protection and a 1700mm² vapor chamber cooling system. The Samsung M16? Not so much.
As for memory, you’re looking at 8GB of RAM, with Realme’s dynamic RAM expansion taking it up to a virtual 18GB. And it has 256GB of internal storage. If you’re like me who hoards photos and installs way too many apps, there’s a hybrid SIM slot for a MicroSD card.
Camera
The Realme 14T packs a 50MP main shooter, and it’s officially labeled as an “AI Camera.” Because apparently, in 2025, it’s illegal to launch a phone without slapping “AI” somewhere in the spec sheet. But to be fair, it does come with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to reduce blur in photos and videos.
The main camera is accompanied by a 2MP monochrome camera, the usual filler that does really do much. Sadly, there’s no ultrawide or macro lens here.
To the front, you’ve got a 16MP selfie cam tucked into that punch-hole cutout. It’s using the Sony IMX480 sensor.
And because no modern smartphone launch is complete without a splash of AI buzzwords, Realme’s throwing in features like AI Eraser, Clear Face, and Motion Deblur.
Battery and OS
Like the rest of the Realme 14 series lineup—except the 14 Pro Lite—the Realme 14T packs a seriously chunky 6,000mAh battery. So, you can go ahead, and forget your charger without worrying. Realme also claims a 4-year battery health guarantee.
Charging is handled by 45W fast charging. It’s not blazing fast by 2025 standards, but it’s definitely respectable at this price point.
On the software front, the 14T ships with Android 15 out of the box, layered with Realme UI 6.0. Expect the usual Realme tweaks—some handy features and a bit of bloatware, unfortunately.
Realme 14T Price in Nepal and Availability
The Realme 14T price in Nepal is Rs. 36,999 for the sole 8/256GB variant. It is now available for purchase in all authorized online and physical stores across the country
Realme 14T | Price in Nepal |
---|---|
8/256GB | Rs. 36,999 |
The Realme 14T slots itself neatly into the budget category. On one hand, you’re getting a massive 6,000mAh battery and IP66/68/69 dust and water resistance.
But most people shopping in this segment aren’t prioritizing whether their phone can survive a splash or a dust storm. Performance, camera quality, and value for money matter more. And this is where the Realme 14T stumbles just a bit.
The Dimensity 6300 is okay, but not great for the price— especially when other brands like Samsung are offering the same chip at a lower cost. The lack of an ultrawide camera doesn’t help its case either.
So, if you want a long-lasting, durable phone and can live with just “okay” performance, the 14T will treat you well. But if your priority is speed and photography, there might be better options floating around in this price range.
