Oppo Reno 10 5G Overview

Design

The Oppo Reno 10 5G has a glass sandwich body, with a curved side display as well as a curved back panel. The camera module on the back consists of 3 cameras and a flash, that has been redesigned from the previous model.

The Dimensity 7050 has two high-performance Arm Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.6GHz and six power-efficient Arm Cortex-A55 running at up to 2.0GHz.

The phone packs a dual-channel LPDDR4x 8GB RAM with 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

An infrared blaster is also included in this phone, which may come in handy to control your smart devices.

Finally, a phone of this price range would not be complete without an in-display fingerprint scanner and a stereo dual speaker.

Camera

The Oppo Reno10 5G has a 64MP primary camera, a 32MP telephoto portrait camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera on the back. Unfortunately, none of these cameras support optical image stabilization (OIS).

On the front, you will get a 32MP selfie camera which lacks OIS and Autofocus (AF).

On the video segment, you can shoot 1080p at 60fps but the 4K videos can only be shot at 30fps. The stabilization is only carried out electronically or digitally.

The front camera is limited to shooting videos in 1080p at 30fps. You also get slow-motion videos that can be shot in 1080p at 120/480fps and 720p at 240/960fps.

Battery and OS

The lifeline of this phone is a 5000mAh Li-Po battery that supports 67W fast charging. Oppo proclaims that the phone can be charged from 0 to 70% percent in 30 minutes.

In the software department, the phone ships with the ColorOS 13.1 skin on top of the Android 13 operating system.
