Design
The Infinix Hot 12i has a pattern back made of plastic. The device is available in four different colours, including Racing Black, Horizon Blue, Haze Green, and Champagne Gold.
The rear has a glossy camera island with three camera circles and a dual-LED flash. Near the camera is a fingerprint sensor.
The power and volume buttons are located on the right side of the phone. The right side has a SIM card tray, which also supports a microSD card.
Unfortunately, it is still using the outdated micro-USB port for charging and data transfer. The port is on the bottom along with a speaker, a mic, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Display
It features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD display. The display has a peak brightness of 480 nits and has a waterdrop notch.
Hardware
Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio A22 chipset. Built on a 12 nm process node, it’s an entry-level chipset featuring a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 CPU core announced in 2018.
The device comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
Camera
There is a 13MP main camera on the back. There are two additional rear cameras, but the company has not specified what they are for.
The front has an 8MP selfie shooter. The phone can shoot up to 1080p video at 30fps.
Battery and OS
The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery. It does not support fast charging.
Furthermore, the phone runs on XOS 7.6 based on Android 11.
