VG Impex, the authorized distributor of GWM in Nepal, is planning the launch of its upcoming electric hatchback.

GWM Ora will finally make its debut in Nepal with Ora Good Cat EV.

Initially, the Ora R1 would have been the first GWM Ora EV. However, that has been delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances. As for now, GWM Nepal is focused on launching the Ora Good Cat EV.

Interestingly, it will be a more premium product compared to R1.

Additionally, the GWM Good Cat EV price in Nepal starts at Rs. 39.99 Lakhs to Rs. 47.99 Lakhs.

GWM Ora Good Car EV Overview

Design

Like every other GWM car, the Ora Good Cat is different.

It sports an outstanding design philosophy, combining retro aesthetics with a futuristic undertone.

The front section comes with circular Intelligent LED headlamps with integrated LED Indicators.

Moreover, the hood section is kept sleeker with its slopping styling. And, there are two chromed slits beside the Active Air Intake grille.

Other than that, the Good Cat maintains minimalism for the side profile as well.

It gets a chrome line at the windows, body-colored door handles, and a unique wheel design.

Surprisingly, the rear profile is the quirkiest in this EV.

GWM has removed the traditional rear lamps. Instead, it gets a futuristic LED Strip. Moreover, the rear profile is complete with a 3D Emblem, Integrated Spoiler, and Shark Fin Antenna.

Similarly, the interior also maintains the same level of premium and futuristic styling.

Additionally, GWM Ora Good Cat will be available in three different colors: White, Black, and Blue. Moreover, there are four additional dual-tone colors available as well.

Performance

GWM Ora Good Cat is powered by a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). It can generate a max power of 143PS (105kW) and a max torque of 210Nm.

Good Cat comes with two battery configurations: 47.7 kWh and 63.1 kWh.

The 47.7kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery can be fully charged in 8 hours with a claimed range of 400Km. Similarly, the 63.1kWh Ternary Lithium Battery can be fully charged in 10 hours with a claimed range of 500Km.

Both batteries also support Fast DC Charging.

Additional Details

The dimensions are 4235mm in length, 1825mm in width, and 1596mm in height.

GWM Ora Good Cat comes with 145mm of ground clearance. Furthermore, the kerb weight stands at 1510 kg.

Additionally, it comes with 228-liter luggage space. It can be extended up to 858 liters.
