- The award includes various categories such as Virtual Reality, Robotics, Decision Management, Virtual Agents and bots and more. The nominees for the awards were around 2,500 and they were from over 15 different countries. The winners for the award are selected based on various criteria, including most innovative and technologically advanced products and services.
