CG Mobiles, one of the few manufacturers of smartphones based in Nepal, launched two new phones today: the Orion 181w and Orion 241w under its new feature phone series – Orion. The company already has numerous releases this year: the OMEGA 6, the OMEGA 8, and the OMEGA 3 but they were smartphones while the Orions are feature phones.
The least expensive among the two is Orion 181w. It features 1.77” screen, a digital camera, expandable memory up to 8GB, dual SIM slot and a 1000 mAh battery which, for a feature phone, is a lot. Furthermore, the Orion 181W has wireless FM radio, Bluetooth, Music and Video player. This phone is priced at Rs. 1,199 which is super cheap, even for a feature phone.
For those looking for a bigger screen, there’s Orion 241w. It comes with a 2.4” screen, digital camera, with the ability to expand the internal storage up to 8 GB. The Orion 241w too has a dual SIM card slot, plus 1000mAh battery. The phone also features wireless FM Radio, Music player and video player. It is priced at Rs. 1,499 which is a tad bit higher than the Orion 181w.
Orion 181w is available in three dual tone colors: Black +Red, Black + Blue and Black +Yellow, whereas Orion 241w is available in two dual tone colors: Black + Orange and Black + Red. Both these models come with 100 days replacement policy.
