The benco v92 price in Nepal is Rs. 16,999 for the sole 6/256GB variant. The company launched its latest phone rather silently on 17 January 2025.

benco Nepal is also offering an exclusive “100-day replacement” policy. If a benco V92 customer encounters any hardware issue within this period, the company will replace the smartphone with a new one.

Benco V92 Overview

Design

The benco V92 comes in an all-flat design, meaning its frame as well as the edges are flat. Additionally, it has an attractive dual-tone leather finish on its back. As such, this is likely the only phone with a leather finish at its price point.

Furthermore, it is available in Sahara Gold and Space Black colour choices. Here, the former — as its name suggests — appears as if it is clad in gold, looking like something out of Caviar‘s portfolio. Meanwhile, the latter option is, well, black — an all-time classic.

Though the phone has no official IP rating, benco put the phone through some rigorous tests to ensure proper build quality.

Display

On the front, the benco V92 dons a 6.72-inch display that stretches FHD+ in resolution spanning 1,080 x 2,400 pixels.

It is an LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone, however, does not let you change the screen’s smoothness as of now. The company personnel informed us that this feature will be later made available through a software update.

Hardware

For its power, this phone packs the UNISOC T606 — an octa-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 1.6GHz. It launched back in late 2021 and isn’t a performance-heavy silicon.

Memory and storage-wise, the phone can have up to 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. However, the Nepali audience only gets access to the 6/256GB variant, which is more than sufficient for the majority.

Moreover, the benco V92 allows you to virtually double the memory capacity and expand the storage by an additional 2TB using a microSD card. It has a dedicated slot for external storage expansion.

Cameras

The cameras are one of the major highlights of this phone. It has a pair of snappers on the back including a 50MP main unit and an 8MP ultrawide sensor that can also shoot macro shots as close as 3 cm.

In the meantime, the front-facing shooter is a 32MP unit.

Battery and OS

A 5,000mAh battery fuels the benco V92, which supports 18W charging speed.

Talking of the software, it boots on Android 14 with Optimized INONE UI layered on top. You get features like App Cloning and Interactive Smart Window (Dynamic Island-like feature) bundled with the OS.

The benco V92 launched on 17 January 2025 in Nepal and its price is Rs. 16,999 for the sole 6/256GB trim. It is available for purchase at all the authorised outlets across the country.

The benco V92 is the perfect choice for those looking for an eye-catching design and a decent set of cameras on a budget. However, you cannot demand too much performance from it as it does not focus too much on that area.
