Tribhuvan University is finally addressing the difficulties faced by its students in obtaining documents and other services from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu.
It issued a notice on January 16, stating that the online system with e-payment facilities will be implemented from 29th January.

The notice states that the meeting on 16th January concluded with the decision to take the services of requesting transcripts, provisional mark sheets, duplicate documents, and correction of documents online from 29th of January, Monday.
It mentions the inclusion of e-payment services with the online system. This should address the long wait for fee payments. The notice further reads that more information about the implementation of this service will be made available on the official website: www.tuexam.edu.np on January 24.
The Office of Controller of Examinations in Balkhu is often seen with crowds of TU students fed up with long queues and multiple visits to the office for simple procedures such as mark sheet collection, address correction, re-totaling, and more. The system is expected to reduce the hassle for students to submit their forms and deposit the fees in the bank.
