Samsung is still the most selling smartphone brand in Nepal. While Huawei and Xiaomi may be closing the gap, they haven’t yet reigned supreme. Samsung definitely wants to keep its throne. Giving customers occasional discounts is one way to do so. In that vein, Samsung is introducing Samsung Tihar Special Offer to light your Tihar up in case you were thinking of buying a smartphone.

Samsung is giving massive discounts on selected smartphones for this Tihar Season. There aren’t many smartphones that are getting the discount, just 6. The smartphones that are fortunate enough to get the discount are Samsung Galaxy A6, Samsung Galaxy J6+, Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, Galaxy On Nxt(64GB), Galaxy J4+, and Galaxy J7 Nxt (32GB). These are all smartphones in the mid-range category. Samsung Galaxy A6 and J6+ lie on the higher end of the budget spectrum while the J4+ and J7 Nxt lie on the lower end.
As you can see from the pictures above, the largest discount is on Samsung Galaxy A6 which sees its price decrease by Rs. 10000 from Rs. 39890 to Rs. 29890. The lowest discount is of Rs. 2000 on the J7 Nxt. Other phones have got pretty hefty discounts too.
The Galaxy A6, Galaxy J4+, and the J6+ are relatively newer phones and you might want to take a look at them but the others were not released in 2018. So, you must be cautious while buying them. Our suggestion is don’t buy an android more than a year old. You may buy a flagship phone that’s one year old, but no mid-rangers and budget smartphones.
As we have said in our previous articles, more deals will be coming in by the day this festive season. So, please don’t forget to keep on checking TechLekh for more news on exclusive offers and discounts like these.
