Samsung Galaxy M13 Overview

Design

Samsung Galaxy M13 looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy M52 from the rear. It has a rectangular camera module with a triple camera setup.

The M13 has a plastic body and it comes in three colors: Light Blue, Orange Copper, and Deep Green.

The volume rocker and power button are on the right-hand side whereas the triple card tray is on the right. So, it supports two nano-SIM and a microSD at the same time.

On the bottom, it has a single speaker, a USB Type-C port, a microphone, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Display

The Galaxy M13 has a 6.6 inches LCD panel with a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. And, it might come with a 90Hz refresh rate given the older M12 had a 90Hz screen.

Hardware

Inside, the M13 is powered by Exynos 850 chipset. It is a chip from 2020 built on a reasonably efficient 8nm LPP process.

The CPU consists of 8 Cortex-A55 cores that are capable of speeds up to 2.0 GHz. Furthermore, it comes in two variants: 4/64GB and 4/128GB. Interms of GPU, it is running a Mali-G52 GPU which is probably its weakest link in terms of performance.

Camera

For cameras, it has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.

On the front, it has an 8MP sensor for selfies.

The main rear and front cameras can capture videos up to 1080p 30fps.

Battery & OS

The M13 is powered by a 5000mAh battery which can provide up to 2 days of battery life. Furthermore, it comes with a 15W fast charging support.

The M13 ships with One UI 4.1 Core on top of Android 12. Similar to the A13, it comes with Samsung Knox protection.

Samsung Galaxy M13 Price in Nepal and Availability

Samsung has not revealed the prices for Samsung M13 but it is rumored to be launched first in Europe. Plus, it is highly likely to launch in Nepal as well. Given the launch price of the Samsung M12, the Samsung Galaxy M13 price in Nepal could be around Rs. 20,000.

Samsung Galaxy M13 provides similar hardware as the Samsung A13 but it misses out on some minor things. Moreover, it has a slightly different design compared to the A13.
