Xiaomi Redmi 9 Activ Price in Nepal

Xiaomi has brought another variant of the Redmi 9, the Redmi 9 Activ, in Nepal. The device was launched along with Redmi 9A Sport and Redmi 9i in India in September 2021.

The Redmi 9 Activ price in Nepal is Rs. 15,999 (4/64GB). It is available at Xiaomi authorized stores across Nepal.

The Redmi 9 Activ is identical to the Redmi 9C that was launched in September 2021 in Nepal.

Design

The Redmi 9 Activ has the same design as the Redmi 9C. It has a plastic frame and a textured plastic back.

On the top left corner, it has a square-shaped camera module. The fingerprint sensor is also on the back.

Display

The 9 Activ also features a 6.53-inch IPS HD+ display. It has an aspect ratio of 20:9.

The bottom bezel of the display is a bit thick and has a waterdrop notch.

Hardware

The phone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset. It has a PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 4x 2.3GHz Arm Cortex-A53 cores, and 4x 1.8GHz Arm Cortex-A53 cores.

The SoC is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

Camera

The only noticeable change on the Redmi 9 Activ compared to the Redmi 9C is the number of cameras. The 9 Activ has two cameras (instead of three on 9C) comprising a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

Additionally, it has a 5MP front-facing camera. The phone can shoot video up to 1080p at 30fps.

Battery and Others

It comes with a 5000mAh battery. The device supports 10W charging.

The Redmi 9 Active is the same phone as the Redmi 9C that was launched last year. The only notable differences are the Redmi 9 Activ’s P2i water-repellent coating, new colour choices, the lack of a macro camera, and the memory configuration.
