Design

OnePlus Nord N200 brings a slim phone with a very good design factor. Looking at the back really reminds you of the more expensive Motorola Edge 30.

The phone brings a side-mounted fingerprint sensor but doesn’t feature an alert slider. Well, at this price, we really can’t complain much about it.

The phone comes with a single speaker and a headphone jack.

Display

The front of the phone is beautiful with a large 6.49 FHD+ screen with relatively thin bezels. The phone has a hole punch cutout at the corner and the display refreshes at 90Hz. This phone really punches above its weight when it comes to display.

The phone comes with a Snapdragon 480 5G (8nm) chipset. It’s an octa-core processor and features the Adreno 619 for graphics.

The phone is available in only 64GB configuration which may not be enough in 2023. It’s good they’ve included microSD support with the phone. The 4GB RAM is decent but you can get better value hardware in this price range.

The Nord N200 comes with a triple camera setup where the main camera is a 13MP shooter. The two other macro and depth are not very useful as they’re both only 2MP shooters.

The cameras could’ve been better if they had included an ultra-wide camera. Also, the videos are 1080p@30fps with gyro-EIS for stabilization.

Battery and OS

The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery which should easily get you through the day. For charging, the phone supports 18W wired charging. It may not be segment-leading but the phone should charge from 0-100% in around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

It runs Android 11 out of the box with OxygenOS 11 on top. As it’s quite old, software updates may become an issue with this phone.
