Nokia has launched Nokia 1.4 in Nepal. It is the latest budget phone from Nokia and is a cheaper alternative to the Nokia 2.4.

Nokia 1.4 price in Nepal is Rs. 12,899 and is available via authorized resellers. It comes in 2GB/32GB RAM/ROM configuration and is available in two colors: Grey and Purple.

Nokia 1.4 Overview

Design

Nokia 1.4 takes the design inspiration from Nokia 5.3 with a circular camera setup on the rear. The rear is made out of plastic along with the plastic frame. The fingerprint sensor is right below the camera module.

On the front, it has a teardrop notch design.

Display

Nokia 1.4 has a 6.51 inches IPS LCD panel with a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.

The IPS panel has a pixel density of 269ppi and uses a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Hardware

On the inside, Nokia 1.4 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 chipset. It is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 is a 28nm chipset with a Quad-core CPU. It uses four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.3GHz. For GPU, it comes with Adreno 308.

Camera

The dual-camera setup on the Nokia 1.4 carries an 8MP main sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. It uses the Camera Go app by Google for high-quality pictures. Furthermore, it comes with portrait mode and night mode for low-light conditions.

On the front, it has a 5MP sensor for selfies.

Battery

Nokia 1.4 rocks a 4000mAh battery. Nokia claims that Nokia 1.4 can last for 2 days on moderate usage. To charge the phone, it comes with 5V/1A charger.

As for OS, it runs on the Android Go version of Android 10 with a planned upgrade to Android 11.
