Nammi 01 Surpasses 1,000 Units in Nepal: Becomes The Fastest-Growing EV Hatchback!

Launched in August 2024, Nammi 01 EV made an instant impact on Nepal’s automotive scene. It didn’t just enter as another economy EV; in fact, it redefined expectations by delivering a feature-rich, premium hatchback experience that quickly won the hearts of Nepali buyers.

MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor of Dongfeng Nammi vehicles in Nepal, found its star product in the Nammi 01. In just 14 months, the company has achieved a major milestone, with over 1,000 units now on Nepali roads.

This achievement firmly establishes Nammi 01 as Nepal’s fastest-growing premium EV hatchback, a remarkable feat in the country’s increasingly competitive electric vehicle market.

Nammi 01 stands out for its practical electric utility, human-centric features, striking design – all at an affordable price. These qualities have become its strongest selling points, appealing to both first-time EV buyers and seasoned car enthusiasts.

The car, despite being a budget hatchback with a price under Rs. 40 Lakhs, offers a WLTP range of 317 km along with features such as ADAS, Auto Parking, Ventilated and Welcoming Seats, which were unheard of in this segment and at this price point previously.
