Mi Watch Lite with 9 Days of Battery Life Launched in Nepal

Xiaomi Nepal has launched the Mi Watch Lite in Nepal.

Mi Watch Lite price in Nepal is Rs. 7,999. It will soon be available for purchase at all Xiaomi authorized stores across Nepal.

It is the lite version of the Mi Watch which was launched globally back in 2020. So, what are the features of Mi Watch Lite? Let’s take a look.

Mi Watch Lite Overview

Design & Display

Mi Watch Lite has a square-shaped body with a plastic back and a plastic frame. It comes in a single 41mm size. There are different combinations of watch cases and straps with colors like Pink, Ivory, Black, Navy Blue, and Olive.

It is water-resistant up to 5ATM/ 50 meters. It uses a magnetic charger and has a single button on the right side.

Mi Watch Lite gets a 1.4 inches TFT color touch display with a screen resolution of 320×320 pixels. The display boasts a brightness of 350 nits and comes with automatic brightness adjustment.

You can get more than 120 watch faces and more than 1000 customizations.

Fitness Tracking Features and Sensors

Mi Watch Lite comes with 11 workout modes like outdoor running, treadmill, outdoor cycling, open water swimming, freestyle, pool swimming, cricket, trekking, trail run, walking, and indoor cycling.

Furthermore, it has a precise dual satellite positioning system with GPS and GLONASS. This helps to accurately track your trajectory, speed, distance and calories burnt.

Except that, it has a 3-axis, accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, compass, altimeter, and PPG heart rate sensor.

The PPG sensor can measure heart rate 24 hours a day and notify you when your heart rate goes above normal levels. It can also save your resting heart rate data for 30 days to help monitor long-term heart rate changes.

Mi Watch Lite also comes with sleep monitoring and breathing exercises.

Battery & Connectivity

Mi Watch Lite is powered by a 230mAh battery that can provide up to 9 days of battery life and up to 10 hours of battery life with continuous GPS/sports mode.

For connectivity, it has Bluetooth 5.0 but it doesn’t have Wi-Fi connectivity. Other functions include notifications, weather, remote music control, etc.

Mi Watch Lite is a basic smartwatch-cum-fitness tracker that is affordable and provides most of the required functions. It does not include Wi-Fi and doesn’t come with a SPo2 sensor but it looks like a decent smartwatch for its asking price.
