Get ready to add another one on the list! Agni Group, the official distributors of Mahindra vehicles in Nepal, has announced its intention to launch the all-new Mahindra XUV 300. This brings the XUV line up to three models, that includes the likes of XUV 500 and XUV 700.
Moreover, it’s a yet another compact SUV, in an already populated segment. However, knowing the history behind Mahindra, this one is sure to pack the punch. Especially after getting the XUV tag, it must live up to the iconic name. But mark the calendar because the Mahindra has launched the much-anticipated Mahindra XUV 300 in Nepal.
Yes, Mahindra hinted at its launch some time ago, going back to Mahindra Udaya on February. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any news after that. However, the things are looking brighter, as Mahindra has confirmed its intentions to unveil Mahindra XUV 300 in six different variants!
As for the pricing, Mahindra XUV 300 price starts at Rs.39.75 Lakhs! Moreover, the price will differentiate with the variants.
Mahindra XUV300 Engine
Mahindra XUV 300 will be offered in two engine variants: 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel. Talking about the petrol engine, it will produce a max power of 110BHP and max torque of 200Nm.
Likewise, the diesel engine will produce a max power of 115BHP and max torque of 300Nm. In comparison between the two engines, the diesel variant is expected to be more powerful. However, both engines come mated to a standard six-speed manual transmission.
Mahindra XUV300 Styling & Features
With Mahindra XUV300, expect a true Mahindra experience. On the exterior, you get chrome-studded grills, integrated LED DRL, LED rear lights, a floating roof that is complemented by the funky colors. You get that Mahindra “squarish shaped” SUV styling, Although, you might find a resemblance to the XUV500, nonetheless, it is beautiful.
Let’s move to the features. You get a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, fully automatic climate control, premium seats, dual-tone dashboard, an electric sunroof, and so much more. Furthermore, Mahindra has addressed all your safety concerns.
You will get seven airbags, disc braking with ABS + EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution), ESP (Electronic Stability Program) with Hill Assist, front parking sensor, ISOFIX, rear fog lamps, and three-point seat belt. You get some segment-first features like front sensors, seven airbags, and parallel parking assist.
