Design

Elephone U3H uses a glass back with a glossy finish. The rear features a dual-camera setup and a fingerprint sensor. The back panel curves to meet the frame.

On the front, it has a hole punch on the top left of the screen.

Display

Elephone U3H has a 6.53-inch FHD+ screen with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.

Hardware

The U3H is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P70 chipset along with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB internal storage.

MediaTek Helio P70 is a 12nm chipset with Octa-core (4×2.1 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU and Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. We have seen this chipset on phones like Vivo V15, Oppo Reno 2F, and Oppo F15.

However, the new G80 and G85 chipset from Mediatek have new A75 cores compared to the A73 cores used on the P70. It comes with NFC and wireless charging support.

Interms of the camera, U3H has a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor and a 5MP depth sensor on the rear.

On the front, it has a single 24MP Sony IMX 576 sensor.

Elephone U3H has decent spec along with a good main camera sensor. The P70 should provide decent performance but we do not know how optimized the U3H will be.

Moving on, it does not offer an ultra-wide-angle camera and only has a 3500 mAh battery. On the bright side, it is one of the few phones under Rs. 30,000 to provide NFC and Wireless charging (8/256GB).

For the price, Elephone U3H is a mixed bag. It will provide decent performance even though it uses an old processor. The main camera sensor is good but it lacks an ultrawide angle sensor. Then, its battery capacity is pretty low for a phone launched in 2021.
