Coolpad N7 Plus with Helio P22 and 20MP Camera Launched in Nepal

After the recent launch of Coolpad Cool 6, Coolpad has launched Coolpad N7 Plus in Nepal. This is Coolpad’s second offering after their comeback in Nepal.

Coolpad N7 Plus price in Nepal is Rs. 15,299. It comes in single variant: 4GB RAM & 64GB ROM. This phone was launched first in Pakistan but it is not listed on their official website.

It is a budget phone that boasts a 20MP camera on the rear. Let’s see what else it has on offer.

Design and Display

Coolpad N7 Plus has a curved back which is made of polycarbonate. The back has a glastic finish as it holds dual cameras and a fingerprint sensor.

On the front, it has a dewdrop notch.

Coolpad N7 Plus comes with an HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1600. It has 270 PPI pixel density. The side bezels look quite average whereas the chin is still big.

Performance

Coolpad N7 Plus uses Mediatek Helio P22 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.

Mediatek Helio P22 is a 12 nm chipset that includes Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

Helio P22 is a budget chipset and it won’t offer good performance especially at this price tag. The likes of Realme C12 and Redmi 9C provide better performance and have similar prices.

Camera

In terms of camera, Coolpad N7 Plus has a dual-camera setup on the rear. It has a 20MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor.

On the front, it comes with a 20MP selfie camera.

Battery

Coolpad N7 Plus comes with a 4000 mAh battery. Also, it is running on Android 10.

Coolpad N7 Plus price in Nepal is Rs. 15,299. It is available for purchase via offline stores.

Well, this is a brand new device from Coolpad which was first launched in Pakistan. Coolpad N7 Plus is a basic budget phone that looks good and has a 20MP sensor on the rear which is quite rare. However, it runs on Helio P22 chipset which is just average for the price. You can get more from the like of Redmi 9C and Realme C12. The camera setup looks fine and it has a decent 4000 mAh battery.

Its overall specifications are looking okayish for the price tag. But, there are better-specced smartphones for the price.
