Vivo V25e is Available at a Discounted Price in Nepal

Vivo has dropped the price of the Vivo V25e in Nepal. The phone was launched on September 4, 2022, in the country, along with the Vivo V25.

Now, the Vivo V25e price in Nepal is Rs. 39,999 (8/128GB), down from 42,999. The phone is available for purchase at phone retail stores across Nepal.

The Vivo V25e was announced on August 30, 2022, in the global market, two weeks after the announcement of Vivo V25 5G and V25 Pro. Unfortunately, the Vivo V25 Pro will not be available in Nepal officially.

The V25e also has the same color-changing design as the Vivo V25. The feature debuted in last year’s Vivo V23 5G. The device is powered by a new Helio G99 chipset.

Vivo V25e Overview

Design

As we expect from a mid-range smartphone from Vivo, the Vivo V25e also has a stylish design. The device is available in two colours: Diamond Black and Sunrise Gold.

The Sunrise Gold features Vivo’s signature Fluorite AG glass back that can change its colour when exposed to sunlight or other sources of artificial UV rays. It changes its colour from gold-ish yellow to orange.

The Diamond Black colour has a standard glass back that does not change its colour.

The phone weighs 183g and has a 7.79mm thickness, making it a relatively thin and light device. The front of the device still has that waterdrop notch, which makes it look dated.

Display

It flaunts a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with up to a 90Hz refresh rate. It has an in-display optical fingerprint sensor for security.

The display has a peak brightness of 1300nits and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space and 103% of the NTSC colour space, according to Vivo.

Hardware

The Vivo V25e is equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. It’s a new chipset that is built on the TSMC N6 (6nm) process.

It has two Arm Cortex-A76 CPU cores with up to 2.2GHz clock speed and six Arm Cortex-A55 CPU cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz. And a Mali-G57 GPU to handle graphics processing.

The device comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Camera

The rear has a triple-camera setup comprising a 64MP main camera with OIS, a 2MP bokeh camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Sadly, the phone misses out on an ultrawide camera.

On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera. The phone has camera features such as Vlog Movie — which features different vlog templates; dual-view video — which can simultaneously record from the front and back camera; and double exposure.

Battery and Software

The phone comes with a 4500mAh battery. It supports 44W fast charging, which, according to Vivo, can charge the device to 58% in 30 minutes.

It runs on Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12, out of the box.

Vivo V25e Price in Nepal and Availability

The Vivo V25e price in Nepal is Rs. 39,999 (8/128GB). The device is available to buy at Vivo-authorized retail stores across the country.

Vivo V25e was launched in Nepal on September 4, 2022, for Rs. 42,999. On March 2, 2023, Vivo slashed the price of the device by Rs. 3,000.

The Vivo V25e is a mid-range smartphone with a stylish colour-changing design. It has a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, which is a decent processor but is not as powerful as the Dimensity 900 found on its bigger sibling — Vivo V25.

It has a 64MP main camera with optical image stabilization and a 32MP selfie camera, but does not has an ultrawide camera. Fortunately, it has 44W fast charging support.
