Umidigi G5 Overview

Design

The Umidigi G5 has a dual camera setup at the back and a flash arranged in a triangular pattern with three separate rings, similar to the iPhone Pro models.

The camera setup is enclosed in a rounded rectangle with a radial effect that spans the width of the device. The phone features a fingerprint sensor embedded into the power button on the right side, whereas the volume buttons are above it.

The bottom side of the Umidigi G5 has a microphone, USB-C port, and a speaker. Similarly, the top has a 3.5mm headphone jack and the left side has a hybrid SIM card slot for a primary SIM and a secondary SIM or microSD card.

It has a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate support. The display has a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and features a waterdrop notch.

Umidigi G5 is equipped with a Unisoc T606 chipset, which is built on 12nm process technology. It is an entry-level processor with two Cortex-A75 CPU cores and six Cortex-A55 CPU cores, all clocked at up to 1.6GHz, and a Mali G57 GPU.
