Samsung Nepal has announced a free pick-up and drop service for mobile phone customers within the warranty period. It is available across the Kathmandu valley starting from July 16, 2024.

Samsung Free Pick-up and Drop Service in Nepal

Every phone purchased officially in Nepal comes with a 1-year software warranty and a 6-month battery warranty.

If your under-warranty phone malfunctions, you can now contact Samsung Nepal, and they will come to your doorstep to pick up the phone for repair. After the repair, they will drop off the phone at your location.

To use the Samsung pick-up and drop-off service in Nepal, just call the toll-free number. Follow the steps below to get in touch with Samsung representatives for the service.

Samsung has stated that representatives will reach the customer’s home within a day of the call to pick up the phone.

To claim warranty service, you should have your warranty card, VAT bill, and government ID.

Where are the services offered?

Currently, Samsung is providing free pick-up and drop service in selected locations within the Kathmandu valley only. The served locations are New Road, Sundhara, Jawalakhel, Bhaktapur, and New Baneshwor.

Hopefully, Samsung Nepal will expand the service to more locations soon.
