Samsung Nepal has announced a free pick-up and drop service for mobile phone customers within the warranty period. It is available across the Kathmandu valley starting from July 16, 2024.

Samsung Free Pick-up and Drop Service in Nepal
Every phone purchased officially in Nepal comes with a 1-year software warranty and a 6-month battery warranty.
If your under-warranty phone malfunctions, you can now contact Samsung Nepal, and they will come to your doorstep to pick up the phone for repair. After the repair, they will drop off the phone at your location.
