Ruby Nepal Meetup to be Held on May 13

A call for papers has been announced for Ruby Nepal Meetup to be held on 13th May 2018 at Rockstart Impact, Pulchowk, Kathmandu. The papers should be submitted by 6th May, 2018.

The Details:

• Ruby Nepal is the community of Nepal using Ruby, an open-source programming language. The meetup will consist of talks about programming in Ruby.
• The papers submitted will go through a selection process. The papers will be judged based on the balance of topics, voice, and variety.
• The community is focusing on technical Ruby and Rails related talks.
• The community encourages the participation of the beginners, intermediate and professional level researchers and speakers.
• The event has been structured as follows:
  • Welcome greetings and Networking sessions
  • Keynote talk (30 minutes)
  • Lighting talks (two; 10 minutes each)
  • Panel Discussion
  • Looking for job / hiring announcements
  • Vote of thanks
