Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G with Sony IMX890 Camera Coming Soon in Nepal

Realme is set to launch the new Narzo 70 Pro, a camera and design-focused smartphone, in Nepal soon.

The Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G, a new midrange smartphone by Realme, features a MediaTek Dimensity processor, an AMOLED display, a Sony sensor camera, and supports 67W fast charging.

Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G Overview

Design

At a glance, the Narzo 70 Pro comes in an eye-catching dual-tone finish that Realme calls a ‘Horizon Glass Design’. The dual tome glass comes in two colors: Green and Gold.

The side rails are made of plastic with a metallic finish. They house the power button, the volume rockers, the SIM card slot, the USB-C port, and the speaker grilles.

When looking at the camera island, you’ll see that a circular wristwatch-like glass encases the entire module including the flash. The inside of the camera island has ridges that create a unique sheen under the lights.

Display

The Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that supports HDR10+ content. The punch-hole style display has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, giving a pixel density of 395 ppi.

The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz for a smooth experience and a typical brightness of 600 nits with the peak brightness reaching 2000 nits.

The display includes an optical fingerprint sensor underneath and support for Realme’s ‘Rainwater Smart Touch’ to prevent accidental touches when the screen or user’s hands are wet.

Additionally, the phone features software similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island called Flash Capsule, which displays notifications and phone statuses.

Hardware

A MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor powers the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G. The 6nm octa-core processor has 2x 2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 performance and 6x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. A Mali G68 coprocessor handles the graphics.

Moving onto storage and memory options of the Narzo 70 Pro, the smartphone comes in two variants, one with 128GB and one with 256GB models. Both variants have 8GB of RAM onboard.

Talking about extra features, the phone comes with a vapor chamber for cooling the internals, IP54 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and support for air gestures.

Cameras

Regarding the cameras, the phone is equipped with a triple-lens setup on the rear. Notably, the main 50MP camera comes with a Sony IMX890 sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF).

Accompanying the main camera are an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera. Lastly, finishing the camera setup is the 16MP selfie camera on the front.

Both the front and the rear cameras can record videos up to 1080p at 30 frames per second.

Battery and OS

Realme has equipped the Narzo 70 Pro 5G with a 5000 mAh battery. The battery supports 67W fast charging through a USB-C port.

In terms of OS, the phone runs on Android 14 which has Realme UI 5.0 skin applied.

Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G Price in Nepal and Availability

The Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G price in Nepal is yet to be revealed officially. Looking at its specs, however, the Narzo 70 Pro will likely start retailing from Rs. 37,000 which puts the phone in the midrange segment.

Once launched, the smartphone will be available for purchase nationwide.
