The months of festival are upon us. And the thing about festivals that get me excited is the discounts. This time OnePlus have brought an interesting offer. Their recently released OnePlus 7 Pro (6/128) GB variant price is getting slashed for the upcoming Raksha Bandhan.
From Rs 89,900 to Rs 83,000, also note that this comes with insurance which is a sweet deal to be honest. Well given the reputation of OnePlus phone I believe that most people are familiar with the specification of the device. Still let’s go through it one more time.
OnePlus 7 Pro: Let’s look at the specs
The phone has a 6.67” Full AMOLED display covered by gorilla glass on the front and back. Great screen with proper protection. The phone is powered by snapdragon 855 which has definitely shown its dominance by being one of the best processors in the current market.
The phone runs on oxygen OS (one of the best customizable and smooth performing interface) on top of Android 9. Memory wise it’s available in 8/12/6GB with 64/128/256. Moving on the phone packs a 4000 mAh battery and 30W warp charge, better battery and ever better charging speed.
The rear features a triple camera setup with 48 MP as main wide lens, 8MP telephoto lens and 16MP ultrawide lens. Overall a pretty good camera which has abilities to click great photos in better lighting conditions. The viewing angles on the camera is also satisfactory and the night mode also seems to click some decent photos.
Videos can be shot at 1080p@30fps and the phone also has an EIS, the videos are smooth and well stabilized. The front contains a single motorized pop-up 16MP camera which has interesting feature like the retractor mechanism, in terms of photos in better lighting condition it does give good photos. Biometrics include an in-display fingerprint scanner and facial recognition which is fast and accurate.
Overall
These were the features in a nutshell, do check out our full review for further information. Now, the question of whether it’s worth buying after the price drop.
Well, a phone that is considered a flagship killer, this price is understandable. Instead of spending money on even higher priced phones, you get all the features in a cheaper device. So, my suggestion is if you have the money and are thinking of giving a meaningful gift, OnePlus 7 Pro is the right option.
