National flagged Nepal Airlines has introduced online flight booking system. Customers now can access this system on Nepal Airlines official site from all around the world and book the flight tickets using their international cards.
Shankhar Prasad Adhikari, the secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nepal Airlines Corporation launched this system during a program on Saturday, July 15.
Currently, foreign currency will be used to book tickets using international cards. For using Nepali currency some changes to the technical aspects of the system are required and will be integrated into the online booking system soon.
Sugat Ratna Kansakaar, the General Manager of Corporation said, “Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is rolling out this system to make sure it moves along with current trends and advancements in internet and technology.”
