NAIMA’s First-Ever Nepal Mobility Expo to Be Held in August 2025

The Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has announced exhibitor bookings for the very first edition of the Nepal Mobility Expo 2025.

The Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) unites Nepal’s mobility sector by providing a platform for representation, strategic collaboration, and advocacy at both national and international levels.

Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 is set to take place from August 6-10, 2025 (21st–25th Shrawan, 2082) at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu. Currently, the organizers are accepting space bookings from May 5-12, 2025 (22nd-29th Baishak, 2082).

The premier automotive event brings together leading global manufacturers, innovative startups, industry leaders, policy influencers, stakeholders, and experts to showcase cutting-edge advancements in automotive technology, design, and sustainability.

Leapmotor B10, Zeekr 7X, Ultraviolette Shockwave e-Enduro, and Ultraviolette Tesseract are already confirmed for showcase at the event.

Ritu Singh Vaidya, the founding chairperson of NAIMA, states that the Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 aims to advance the future of mobility through cutting-edge innovations. The event will foster collaborations that propel both the automotive industry and the nation forward.

She emphasizes that efforts are being made to provide the best facilities and platform for members and industry stakeholders, ensuring that exhibiting companies have a seamless experience and receive good value for their investment.

The Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 will be the first of two major automobile exhibitions taking place in August 2025. The 17th Edition of the NADA Auto Show 2025 is scheduled to occur just a few weeks later, from August 19-24, 2025 (3rd-8th Bhadra, 2082).

To distinguish itself from the NADA Auto Show, the Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 aims to offer a unique experience for visitors and exhibitors by implementing several significant changes and improvements. 

These enhancements include an innovative layout, extended exhibition hours, lower participation costs for exhibitors, a stall-swapping facility for those representing multiple brands, and designated time slots for media and business interactions.
