Kick Phantom Buds X Launches in Nepal with Metal Build and ANC

Kick Lifestyle has officially launched the Phantom Buds X, the first product in its newly introduced Phantom Series of wireless earbuds.

The Phantom Buds X shares a lot in common with Kick’s other budget buds, the Aeropods 141. Looks like users can pick between the open-top design of the Buds X or go for the closed-top, dual-tone finish like the 141.

The Kick Phantom Buds X price in Nepal is Rs. 3,499, but you can get it at an offer price of just Rs. 2,399. It is available at major online and offline stores, including Kick’s official website as well as Daraz.

The new Phantom Buds X from Kick strike a sweet spot between style and affordability. First off, that unique metal design instantly sets it apart from the sea of generic TWS buds out there. And yes, it’s got Active Noise Cancellation, something that’s still rare in this price bracket.

Design

The Phantom Buds X aren’t your average earbuds—they come in a rectangular case with an open-top design and a bold metal finish that really pops. Thanks to the full-metal build, the case feels solid and premium, though it’s also noticeably heavy. You’ll definitely feel it if you’re carrying it around.

While the open-top design may raise concerns about security, the earbuds fit snugly, and the strong magnets ensure they stay in place, even during minor movement.

The earbuds have an in-ear design with comfy silicone tips. What’s really cool is the semi-transparent plastic housing that gives you a peek at the internal drivers and components.

As for durability, the buds come with an IPX5 rating, which means they’re splash and sweat-resistant.

The Phantom Buds X come in just one color, black, but with that slick metal finish, it really doesn’t need anything else.

Audio and Other Features

Kick Phantom Buds X are equipped with 13mm dynamic drivers that produce a well-balanced sound, tuned to what the company calls its ‘Signature Sound’.

For noise cancellation, Kick claims the Buds X offer up to 37dB of Pro Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which is pretty solid for the price point. And on top of that, you also get Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for calls, made possible by a quad-mic setup.

The earbuds support both SBC and AAC codecs, ensuring good audio quality whether you’re using Android or iOS.

Touch controls and voice assistant support are included. For gamers, a dedicated gaming mode offers ultra-low latency of 40ms.

Connectivity & Battery

The Phantom Buds X have Bluetooth v5.4 for a solid, low-latency connection that works up to 10 meters away.

Kick hasn’t shared the exact battery sizes for the buds or case yet, but they say you can get up to 6 hours of playback on a single charge, and a massive 70 hours total with the case.

Moreover, thanks to Spark Charge Technology, just 10 minutes of charging gives you 120 minutes of playtime.
