Design

The Infinix Hot 12 Play has a glossy plastic back with a pinstripe pattern. The back features a fingerprint sensor and a rectangular camera bump.

The power button and volume buttons are both located on the right side of the phone. The bottom has a mic, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port, and a speaker.

Display

It has a large 6.82-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a center punch-hole cutout for a camera. Furthermore, it supports a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.

Hardware

Infinix has not disclosed what processor the Infinix Hot 12 Play is running on. The company’s official site only mentions that it’s an octa-core processor running at up to 2.3GHz frequency.

But then again, on the specs page, it says it has two 2.0GHz and six 1.70GHz CPU cores.

Latest Mobile Prices

However, multiple sources claim that it is equipped with a Unisoc T610 chipset. The Unisoc T610 chipset has two Cortex-A75 (1.8 GHz ) and six Cortex-A55 CPU cores (1.8 GHz) and Mali-G52 GPU.

The phone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. Users can expand the storage via a microSD card.

Camera

The phone features a dual-camera setup: a 13MP main camera and a depth sensor.

The front has an 8MP selfie camera. The device can shoot video up to 1080p at 30fps.

Battery and OS

Fueling the smartphone is a massive 6000mAh battery. It supports 10W charging.

Infinix says that the phone comes with Android 12 topped with XOS 10.
