Huawei GT 4 Overview

Design and Display

The Huawei GT 4 has a classy-looking circular shape with a rotating crown and a button to the side. You can get the watch in two different sizes: 41mm and 46mm. As for the straps, there are a multitude of colors and materials options available with the steel finish being the most expensive.

At the front is a 1.43-inch or 1.32-inch, depending on which size watch you fancy, AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. Both of them should be sharp at 326ppi and 352ppi respectively.

Health and Other Features

Let’s get the watch faces out of the way first. You get over 25,000 watch faces to choose from and can also create your own custom ones.

As for the health features, the Huawei GT 4 has an optical heart rate sensor using the Huawei TruSeen 5.5+ and can also measure SpO2. Other than that, the smartwatch offers health measurement features including heart rate monitoring, female health management, stress management, and sleep tracking.

The watch can also perform Calorie Management with the new Stay Fit app and features over 100 workout modes.

There’s a built-in GPS, that tracks movement without the need for a phone and the watch gets increasingly accurate the more you use it

Furthermore, you can make or receive your calls and send quick replies using the watch which is pretty handy.

Battery and Connectivity

The Huawei GT 4 comes with a battery that lasts up to 4 days of typical usage once fully charged on the 41mm and 8 days of typical usage on the 46mm variants. For charging, it uses magnetic thimble charging.

The watch can be charged wirelessly and comes with Bluetooth v5.2 for connectivity.
