Impression

Given the price of 17k, this phone is targetted to the budget user. All the specifications are good enough to be a daily driver. But keep in mind that it is a budget phone and lots of features are absent given the price like the fingerprint scanner, gyro-sensor & fast charging. But looking at the pros of this phone, even if it has a plastic build it is made up of a groove back panel which gives you the grip that you need, also the boom speaker is really impressive. Furthermore, this phone has a gorilla glass protection which is a good factor of this phone.

HTC has always been producing premium products. Despite the price range, no compromise is made in the products that they deliver to the user. So if you think you need a phone with a lower budget I think you can go for HTC Desire 650 without any hesitation.
