Honor 9X with Kirin 710F & Triple Camera Setup Officially Launched in Nepal Today

Honor launched a mid-range smartphone “Honor 9X“ in China back in July with the new Kirin 810 SoC. The Honor 9X went on sale in China on July 30 with the starting price of CNY 1399 for the 4/64GB variant.

Now, the company has launched the global variant of Honor 9X in Nepal that comes with slightly different specifications. The Honor 9X price in Nepal is set Rs. 29,990. Moreover, the device is available in only one colour, Sapphire Blue.

Honor 9X Specs and Features

Honor 9X sports a 6.59 inch IPS display without any punch-hole or a notch. The screen resolution is 1080 x 2340 with a pixel density of 391 ppi.

So, Honor 9X is one of those phones to sport a pop-up selfie camera. And, we’ve recently seen such devices from Huawei, Vivo, and Xiaomi in Nepal. So, I guess Honor is late to the party.The phone is powered by Hisilicon Kirin 710F Octa Core Processor which is built in 12 nm Processor with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU and comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone has an expandable memory up to 512GB with micro SD.

For the camera, the Honor 9X features a triple-camera setup which consists of a main camera 48MP f/1.8, which we’ve seen on a lot of smartphones these days. The secondary camera has a 8MP ultra wide lens, and third comes with 2MP depth sensor. Talking about the front camera, it has a 16MP f/2.2 pop-up selfie camera.

The Honor 9X price in Nepal is Rs. 29,990 for the 6GB/128GB variant. The phone looks cool and elegant. Upfront it’s bezel-less and has an X-pattern on the back. The bezels-less display should provide for immersive content viewing and gaming. The Honor 9X uses the Kirin 710F which might a hiccup in terms of performance.

The 48MP camera seems to be good as well. Furthermore, it doesn’t have a fast charger. And, if you’re thinking that it won’t support Google Play, then don’t worry. The device runs on Android 9.0 and has all the Google power you need.
