Gen Nxt, located at Sherpa Mall is an authorized distributor of Apple products. This scheme will benefit those customers who are facing problems with their iPhones.

- The company advised the customers to only buy genuine Apple products from authorized channels.
- According to a statement released by the company, the authorized distributors of Apple products are Evo Store, Oliz Store, Future World and Quality Computer (from Birtamode, Jhapa).
- The statement also said that gray phones are mostly imported illegally into the country and that they come without any warranty and with low quality substituted internal parts.
