What is the price of the DJI Osmo Action 6 in Nepal?
The DJI OSMO Action 6 price in Nepal starts from Rs. 69,500 for the standard Combo, and goes up to Rs. 86,500 if you want to go for the Adventure Combo.
The action camera launched globally on November 18, and it’s been less than a week since then, but it’s already officially available for purchase in Nepal through authorised sellers.

With these upgrades, DJI is clearly targeting vloggers, travellers, and creators who frequently switch between horizontal YouTube content and vertical Reels or TikTok videos.

DJI Osmo Action 6 Overview
While most action cams stick to the same GoPro-style boxy aesthetic, the Action 6 throws in a little twist, mainly that massive camera sensor popping out of the front.

What really sets the Action 6 apart is that it borrows the same sensor used in the company’s new 360 camera, the Osmo 360. It’s a 1/1.1-inch CMOS sensor, which is almost a 1-inch setup. A bigger sensor means better image quality, cleaner low-light shots, and improved dynamic range.
DJI has also packed in its latest electronic image stabilisation (EIS) system, which includes features like RockSteady 3.0, RockSteady 3.0+, HorizonBalancing, and HorizonSteady. Unfortunately, EIS is not supported in Slow Motion and Time-lapse mode
What’s even more interesting is the square sensor, letting you switch aspect ratios on the fly. Earlier, you needed to physically rotate the camera for vertical or horizontal shots, but now you can shoot once and crop later, huge for creators who publish both Shorts/Reels and standard 16:9 videos.

Another major addition is variable aperture, adjustable between f/2.0 and f/4.0, something you rarely see on action cams. This gives more control over exposure and depth, especially when shooting in bright daylight or dim environments. Action 6 also backs that up with 4K recording up to 120fps (and up to 240fps at 1080p).
Moving to the display, you get dual screens, a 1.46-inch 342×342 front screen and a 2.5-inch 400×712 rear screen. For storage, it uses a microSD card that supports up to 1TB, which is more than enough for extended 4K shooting sessions. Powering everything is a 1,950mAh battery that delivers up to 240 minutes of runtime.

The DJI Osmo Action 6 feels like the most creator-focused action camera DJI has ever made. The bigger 1/1.1-inch sensor alone puts it ahead of most mainstream action cams in terms of image quality, especially in low light.
It still faces tough competition from the latest GoPro Hero series, which offers slightly better stabilisation and a more mature accessory ecosystem.
But if you want a camera that gives you more control, and a sensor that’s built for true multi-format shooting, the Osmo Action 6 stands out as one of the most well-rounded action cameras you can buy right now.
