EvoStore has launched Bose Sport Earbuds in Nepal along with Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. Both of these Earbuds are now available via EvoStore.

Bose Sport Earbuds price in Nepal is Rs. 31,500. It is available in three colors: Triple Black, Baltic Blue, Glacier White.

Bose Sport Earbud is a slightly affordable TWS designed for sports activities. It is much more affordable than their QuietComfort Earbuds. Let’s take a look at its features.

Design

The Bose Sport Earbuds were engineered from the ground up according to Bose. Bose Sport Earbuds are more about fit and comfort. It comes in three colors black, white, and blue.

These are lighter than the QuietComfort Earbud as each earbud only measures 6.8 gm and is shorter as well. It comes with an IPX4 rating for water and sweat resistance.

The case has an oval shape and is made out of hard plastic. Like the QuietComfort Earbuds, it also has USB Type C charging and LED for battery indicator.

Sound

The Bose Sport Earbuds are designed for comfort rather than audio quality but Bose says that it has powerful, motivating audio for workout music. Further, Bose’s patented acoustic port design and premium, high-efficiency drivers combine to deliver big sound from a small acoustic package.

And, it also comes with Volume-optimized Active EQ that boosts the lows and highs so that music, videos, and voices always sound balanced at any listening level.

For voice calls, it has a beamforming microphone array that separates your voice from surrounding noise for clear phone calls.

Controls

Bose Sport Earbuds come with touch controls.

  • Double Tap on the right to play pause or answer calls
  • Double-tap on the left to access shortcut function like checking battery level

Connection

Bose Sport Earbuds uses Bluetooth 5.1 with a standard range of 10m. Bose claims that the earbuds will provide a strong and consistent connection as long as you’re within 30 feet of the paired device.

You can use the Bose Music app to customize noise cancellation favorites, manage Bluetooth connections, set a shortcut, and much more.

Unlike the QuietComfort Earbuds, the Sport Earbuds feature microsensors on the right earbud only that can detect if you’re wearing them or not. The instant you take one out, your music, podcast, or video automatically pauses so you don’t miss a second.

As for codecs, it uses SBC and AAC.

Battery

Bose Sport Earbuds provide a battery life of up to 5 hours with a single charge and the case allows for additional 2 full charges. So, it totals 15 hours of total playback time.

It also has a quick charge which provides 2 hours of battery life in just 15 mins. It uses USB Type C for charging which takes 3 hours to charge the case. It doesn’t feature wireless charging.

Bose Sport Earbuds is a top of the line TWS that focuses on comfort along with sound quality. But, its main focus is the utmost comfortability for the workout.

So, it won’t have the same sound quality as the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds and it doesn’t have the Active Noise Cancellation feature as well. Like the QuietComfort Earbuds, it doesn’t support multipoint and aptX codec.
