Design
The RedmiBook 15 e-Learning is constructed of a polycarbonate body with minimal Redmi branding on the back. The laptop has a thickness of 19.9mm and weighs 1.8kg.
It has a scissor-switch keyboard with a 1.5mm key travel. Unfortunately, the keyboard is not backlit. The 100 sq. cm trackpad has a Windows Precision Drivers, enabling it to support multi-touch gestures.
In terms of ports, the RedmiBook has three USB-A ports (1x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1), an HDMI 1.4, an RJ45 LAN port, an SD card reader, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.

Display
The 15.6-inch display of the RedmiBook 15 e-Learning Edition has a Full HD (1080 x 1920) resolution.
Xiaomi hasn’t shared any additional details about the display, such as its panel type, brightness, or colour gamut.
Hardware
11th gen Intel i3-1115G4 processor powers the laptop. It’s built on a 10nm SuperFin technology and has only 2 cores (4 threads) with a maximum turbo frequency of 4.10GHz.
The processor is paired with 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and 256GB SATA SSD. The 512GB variant had a PCIe NVMe SSD, but it’s sadly not available in Nepal. The RAM is also not upgradeable. Furthermore, it supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.
Battery and OS
The laptop comes with a 46Wh battery that the company claims can last for 10 hours. It comes with a 65W power adaptor that charges the laptop to 80% in 53 minutes, according to Xiaomi.
It comes with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition 2019 out-of-the-box.
