Yonder Music Nepal, a venture of Ncell to let its customers “experience music in a whole new way”, has shut down.
The Details:
- The official page of the app in facebook posted a message that they were suspending the service as of March 23.
- This notice is very sudden as the page has been active and regular, even announcing a top streamer prize this month.
- The page posted the following picture:

- Yonder Music’s page in Ncell’s official website is still active and shows the links to its Android and iOS app which have already been removed from the respective application stores.
- Moreover, Yonder Music has also been suspended in Malaysia on the same day and under similar conditions.
- Ncell has yet to give a reason for discontinuing the app.
- Yonder Music app was a venture of Ncell with American music service company called Yonder Music Inc. It had over 20 million songs with karaoke which could be downloaded and shared easily.
