Visually impaired students in Ilam were given Android mobile phones by the Association of the People with Visual Impairment with assistance from Action Disabled Rights and Development Nepal.
The Details:
- Association Chairman, Padam Subba said that 19 phones were handed to visually impaired students from Ilam, Panchthar and Taplejung districts.
- These phones have special software according to their needs in order to help the students in their studies.
- Further, these students were also provided residences at a local Bal Mandir primary school.
