Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE with 8000mAh Battery Now Available in Nepal

Samsung is one of the largest companies in the world and has a huge market share in the mobile market. You can find lots of Samsung phones in Nepal. They also make tablets, most of which are premium ones, and now Samsung has announced the Galaxy Tab S9 FE.

Design

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE brings a sleek design with a form factor of only 6.5mm thickness. The tablet looks super clean and the S Pen attaching magnetically to the back of the device is just the cherry on top.

The tablet is IP68-rated while bringing a premium aluminum back and aluminum frame to the body. You can get it in four color options: Gray, Mint, Silver, and Lavender.

Display

With a 16:10 aspect ratio, the tablet has a decent-sized 10.9″ display, a bit smaller compared to the FE+ but still large enough to enjoy all forms of multimedia content. Furthermore, it’s an IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1440 x 2304 that refreshes at 90Hz (Adaptive). The bezels do look to be on the thicker side given the tablet is targeted at a more premium segment.

Hardware

Under the hood is the Exynos 1380 chipset. It’s an in-house chip from Samsung based on a 5nm fabrication process and is an octa core (4×2.4 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55). The performance of this chipset is comparable to the SD778G which is a popular choice in this price segment among phones.

The table comes in two storage options, 128GB with 6GB of RAM or 256GB with 8GB of RAM. Only the 6/128GB is currently available in Nepal.

Camera

There’s not much to talk bout the camera department. It gets a single 8MP camera that can record up to 4K@30fps videos. You’ll need to upgrade to the FE+ model for that rear ultrawide camera.

The front features a 12MP ultrawide camera and can shoot up to 720p@30fps videos.

Battery and OS

The tablet is juiced up by a very large 8000mAh battery and supports 45W wired charging but you need to buy the fast charger separately.

It runs on Android 13 out of the box with One UI 5.1 on top.
